Disputes and Arbitration

These Terms and Conditions are subject to, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without reference to the principles of conflict of laws thereof.

Any matters arising concerning the interpretation, validity or implementation of these Terms and Conditions not solved by mutual agreement between the Parties shall be submitted to Arbitration in the English language before a sole arbitrator to take place in Lagos, Nigeria as the seat of the arbitration.

The Arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18, LFN 2004 or any applicable law, rules in force as at the time of the dispute.

The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Nothing in this Terms and Conditions will be deemed as preventing Saleko from seeking injunctive relief (or any other provisional remedy) from any court having jurisdiction over the Parties and the subject matter of the dispute as is necessary to protect our brand, proprietary information, trade secrets, know-how, or any other intellectual property rights.

Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time in response to changing legal, technical, or business developments. If we make material changes to this Notice, we will provide notice on the Platform or by other means.
